Weighing in at 1.7kg, our multi-layer filter comes chock full of high-efficiency technologies, giving it a broad spectrum of action and making it effective against all forms of air pollution.
The filter is composed of 5 different layers: Pre-filter + Antibacterial Filter + HEPA H13 Filter + Activated Charcoal Filter + Photocatalysis. Note that the UVC lamp and ioniser are separate and do not need to be replaced on a yearly basis.
The air first passes through a pre-filter, followed by a filter made of natural bamboo fibre that is sprayed with an antibacterial agent. Next, it goes through a certified HEPA H13, medical-grade filter. HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air and is a European certification requiring that 99.97% of fine particles (down to a size of 0.01 micron) are removed in a single pass. The next steps are the activated charcoal filter and a photocatalysis layer to remove all chemical pollution.

Replace your filter with ease
The AEROPRO 40 multi-layer filter can be changed with ease directly by the user in under a minute thanks to a built-in hatch. Simply lift the old filter out of the hatch, swap it with the new one, and enjoy your renewed clean air. No need for a technician.
Durable and low polluting
The AEROPRO 40 filter is remarkably durable, lasting 12 months on average. A filter indicator alarm on the app and on the unit will let you know when it is time to replace it.
We do not use any toxic materials in our filters. We use, among other things, natural bamboo fibre as well as carbonized coconut shell (for the activated carbon filter).
