This replacement UVC light is compatible with our NeoPur 400, TeraPur 600, and AltaPur 700 air purifiers. Note that you will need two lamps for the NeoPur 400 model and for the new TeraPur 600 and AltaPur 700 models (those purchased in 2023 or later).

UVC lamps should be changed every 20,000 hours of use at a minimum. This helps maintain optimal functioning in both the UV sterilisation and photocatalysis steps of our filtration process.

Our UVC lights help maintain safe air quality levels based on guidelines published by the World Health Organization (WHO). UV sterilisation kills all germs (viruses, bacteria, and mould), and photocatalysis fights against chemical pollution.

How long do the UV lamps last?

Our UVC lamps are designed to last 20,000 hours, which is equivalent to several years of use, depending on how frequently you use your air purifier.

How do I change the UV lamp?

You can order replacement UV lamps on this page here.

If you have a model that is Wi-Fi equipped (NeoPur 400, TeraPur 600, AltaPur 700, AEROPRO 40, AEROPRO 100 2.0, or AEROPRO 150 2.0), then your unit has two UV lamps. With these devices, the UV lamp can easily be changed by the user. Simply remove the filter, and you will be able to access the lamps.

If you have an older model without Wi-Fi (AIRVIA AERO 100, AIRVIA PRO 150, Eoleaf AEROPRO 100 1.0, Eoleaf AEROPRO 150 1.0), then you only need one UV lamp per device. In this case, please get in touch with our customer support team, as the procedure is more technical and complex.
