Warranty Terms

1) Air purifier
Eoleaf air purifiers are guaranteed for two (2) years against material failures starting from the date of purchase. For any hardware problems with your Eoleaf device, please contact our after-sales service or the Eoleaf distributor who sold you the product.
Improper use of the device automatically voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by improper use or by an external cause (such as dropping the device, shock, lightning, etc.). The warranty also does not cover devices that have not been properly maintained. For example, it is essential to change your filters regularly and to follow the maintenance instructions in the manual so as not to damage the device.
The warranty will be invalidated if the filter has not been changed for 14 months or more (according to the order date of the last filter). This is because a dirty filter can cause overuse of the motor, fan, and other essential components.
The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
2) Electronic accessories
Remote controls, control monitor, and other small electronic accessories are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes parts and repair costs.
3) Items not covered under the warranty
The warranty does not cover consumables or accessories such as filters, UV lamps, or remote control batteries. The following situations are also not covered under the warranty:
3.1 Any leakage or emission of liquid on or into the products that causes malfunction of the device.
3.2 Damage caused by unauthorised modifications to the device.
3.3 Damage caused by accidental dropping while using or handling the device.
3.4 Damage caused by use not in accordance with the instructions in the manual.
3.5 Damage by natural disasters (lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.).
4) Return conditions and costs
4.1. Air purifier return conditions
In the event of a claim or material defect of the purifier during the first three years from the date of receipt, the parts are insured by Eoleaf. If the item is found to be irreparable, an exchange or credit will be offered.
Shipping, return, and repair costs will be covered by Eoleaf during the first year of warranty. Beyond that, shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer, only the cost of parts and repairs will be covered by Eoleaf.
To be able to benefit from the guarantee, you must keep the purchase invoice, the packaging of the product, as well as all of the components (the purifier itself and its accessories). It is imperative to return your device in its original packaging.
4.2 Conditions for returning electronic accessories
The cost of parts as well as shipping, return, and repair costs will be covered by Eoleaf for the entire period of the one (1) year warranty.
4.3 Initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact Eoleaf or the Eoleaf distributor who sold you the product. Please indicate the reasons for the return by email at support@eoleaf.com.
We will then send you a return number and a return slip, if applicable.
4.4 Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of fifteen clear days to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. This right of return does not apply to custom-made or modified products.
The period runs from the date of which the order is received by the customer. If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygienic reasons, the original filter supplied with your air purifier cannot be refunded in the event that you have used your air purifier. The cost of the filter will be deducted from your order amount when the refund is processed.
In the event that the product is incomplete or damaged, including during transport for the return of the product, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be shipped in its original packaging.
The customer must print the return slip by his or her own means.
Eoleaf has a period of 14 days to make the refund from the date of receipt of the return in our workshops. Eoleaf can offer a credit or an exchange that the customer is free to accept or not. The amount refunded will include the purchase amount of the product, as well as the delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs based on the customer's choice of shipping other than the least expensive standard type of delivery offered by Eoleaf.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5) Deadlines
We always do our best to keep equipment repair time to a minimum. The delays to receive your repaired product or your exchange product are usually 1 to 6 weeks and are likely to vary according to various constraints (processing delays, transport, replenishment of spare parts, etc.).
