Pure CAR replacement filter

Weighing in at 135 g (4.8 oz), our multi-layer filter comes chock full of high-efficiency technologies, giving it a broad spectrum of action and making it effective against all forms of air pollution.

The filter is composed of 4 different layers: 1) pre-filter, 2) antibacterial filter, 3) HEPA H13 filter, and 4) activated charcoal filter. Note that the ioniser is separate and does not need to be replaced.

The air first passes through a pre-filter, followed by a filter made of natural bamboo fibre that is sprayed with an antibacterial agent. Next, it goes through a certified HEPA H13, medical-grade filter. HEPA stands for 'High Efficiency Particulate Air' and is a European certification requiring that 99.97% of fine particles (down to a size of 0.01 micron) are removed in a single pass. The last step is the activated charcoal filter to remove bad odours and chemical pollution.

The Pure CAR multi-layer filter can be changed with ease directly by the user in under a minute thanks to a built-in hatch. Simply lift the old filter out of the hatch, swap it with the new one, and enjoy your renewed clean air. No need for a technician.

How often should I replace my filters?

Do Eoleaf devices require changing multiple filters?

No! Compared to many of our competitors, all of our 8 filtration technologies are contained within one filter block. This means no need to keep separate filter change schedules and no need to purchase separate filters. Simply change one filter, once per year (twice per year for the Pure CAR).

How long do the UV lamps last?

Our UVC lamps are designed to last 20,000 hours, which is equivalent to several years of use, depending on how frequently you use your air purifier.

How do I change the UV lamp?

You can order replacement UV lamps on this page here.

If you have a model that is Wi-Fi equipped (AEROPRO 40, AEROPRO 100 2.0, or AEROPRO 150 2.0), then your unit has two UV lamps. With these devices, the UV lamp can easily be changed by the user. Simply remove the filter, and you will be able to access the lamps.

If you have an older model without Wi-Fi (AEROPRO 100 1.0, AEROPRO 150 1.0), then you only need one UV lamp per device. In this case, please get in touch with our customer support team, as the procedure is more technical and complex.

Does the ionisation function require any maintenance?

No, it does not! Negative ions are created through an electrical field. This function does not require maintenance of any kind.

Are Eoleaf filters compatible with my AIRVIA Medical device?
